1. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
The item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
It must be in original packaging.
A request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible
We do not offer refunds for:
Worn or damaged items
Items with perfume, stains, or signs of use
Discounted or clearance items (final sale)
3. Refund Process
Email us at support@prolificrepublik.com with your order number.
Our team will confirm if your item qualifies.
You will ship the item back to us.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund.
Refunds are processed through Paystack to the same payment method used at checkout.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
We do not refund shipping fees from the original order.
5. Faulty or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
